We consider it our primary responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data you provide to us and to protect it from unauthorised access. Therefore, we use the utmost care and state-of-the-art security standards to ensure maximum protection of your personal data.

We operate this website in compliance with the GDPR and other applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.

When you access our website, information is automatically reported to our website server. The data is temporarily stored in so-called log files. These are stored until automated deletion. These data are:

  • IP address of the requested computer
  • Date and time of access,
  • Name and URL of the file accessed,
  • Website from which the access was made (referrer URL)
  • Browser used and, if applicable, operating system.

The data is used for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection setup
  • Ensuring comfortable use of the website
  • Evaluation of system security and stability

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p.1 lit.f DSGVO. The logged data is deleted promptly.
We only collect personal data, name, address, telephone number or e-mail address in individual cases if these data are provided to us voluntarily (e.g. through contact enquiries) and we are entitled or obliged to process, store and use them on the basis of the consent given or on the basis of a statutory regulation, or if the data are required for the processing of the contractual relationship and there is no reason to assume that there is a predominantly legitimate interest in not disclosing the data (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit.a,b,c lit.f DSGVO).

We use the data provided only for the purpose for which they were provided to us, i.e. to answer your enquiry, to provide you with information material, to obtain further information and to process your order.  The data processing is carried out in accordance with Art. Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit.a DSGVO. The data provided by you in the context of an enquiry will be deleted after the enquiry has been dealt with and after legal obligations to retain data have been fulfilled. Data will not be passed on to third parties unless you have consented to this or we are legally authorised to do so. Third parties can be, for example, our service providers.

These third parties may be located in countries outside the European Union/European Economic Area (third countries) where the same level of data protection is not legally standardised. In these cases, we will take measures to ensure an equivalent level of protection.

We use cookies to operate the website. These are files that your browser stores on your end device when you visit our website. They are used to store data about your visit and for recognition purposes, as well as for statistical purposes, to improve and guarantee the operation of our website. The legal basis for this is § 6 para. 1 lit f) EU-DSGVO. Temporary cookies are deleted after you leave the website. You can configure your browser in the settings so that it rejects cookies or only allows them according to certain rules and also deletes them again. In this case, however, the website may not function properly.

Tracking tools are used to improve our services and for statistical purposes. The use is based on § 6 para. 1 lit. f) EU-DSGVO. This is a web analysis service of Google Inc. (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter "Google"). For this purpose, an order processing agreement has been concluded with Google. This service creates pseudonymised user profiles by transmitting various data such as browser type and identification, operating system, origin of the request, IP address and time and by setting cookies. The data is also transferred abroad, in particular to the USA, where it is evaluated by Google and, if necessary, passed on to third parties. You can prevent the use of tracking software by making settings in your browser. You can also prevent Google from processing your data by installing an additional programme for your browser. You can find this at (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).
Further information on data protection in connection with Google Analytics can be found in the Google Analytics help (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de).

When using the Google Adwords Conversion Tracking service, a cookie is set on your device if you have accessed this page via an advertisement on Google. This is used to analyse and statistically evaluate the use of the website. The cookie is valid for 30 days. The person is not identified, but it is observed whether the user has reached the site via a Google advertisement. You can prevent this use by rejecting the setting of corresponding cookies in the settings of your browser.

Plug-ins, links and buttons to social media websites are used for the purpose of advertising and information on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f). Through the installation of these elements, data is transmitted to the corresponding social media providers when our page is called up, possibly also to third countries. This data is stored and processed by the providers; in particular, if you are logged in to the social media providers at the same time, a provider can recognise your visit to our website. Even if you "share" posts from our website on the social network or otherwise pass them on ("like"), this will be transmitted to the provider and stored by them, possibly also to your user profile. The social networks use this data for business purposes, marketing, advertising and other purposes, in particular also to create and compile profiles about you and to provide personalised advertising. For the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook's data protection information (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/).

To ensure data security, the transmission of the contents of our website is encrypted using the SSL procedure in accordance with the state of the art. In order to secure the data, we and the commissioned service providers, with whom corresponding contractual agreements have been made, take suitable measures in accordance with the state of the art, in particular to restrict access to the data.
